The other side of the landing is the master bedroom with a separate individual air conditioning unit and built in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and patio doors leading onto the roof terrace. The roof terrace is very spacious with almost 360 degrees of views looking out over the local countryside and mountain ranges. To the rear of the villa off from the lounge or kitchen is the pool area with a lovely 8m x 4m pool with Roman end steps and terraces all round with a landscaped garden, a BBQ area and to each side of the property are various trees including fruit trees and indigenous plants and shrubs.
