The 4 houses have together a floor area of approximately 800m²
Mainhouse/Maison de Maître
Ground floor: The main entrance is a 70 m² double room used as lounge. From here you access the kitchen 35 m² with its original fireplace and another lounge of 25 m². There are 2 bedrooms of 35m² each, a bathroom / laundry room of 20m² and at the end of the corridor a dining room of 14m² overlooking a covered terrace. On this side of the house there is another entrance providing the ability to have private access to a part of the house.
1st floor: Up a large, original staircase to the first floor where a landing leads to 3 en-suite bedrooms of 34m² with a private bathroom, a bedroom of 34 m² and a dressing room of 14 m² next to it which would make a nice bathroom.
2nd floor: large attic with several rooms and a small bedroom.
Basement: 400m² Large rooms with high ceilings, some vaulted. In this part there are several wine cellars, the heating system and a well.

A large reception room with a separate entrance 130m² with exposed beams, stone walls and old wooden floor, also accessible from the main house.

Second large room of 150m² not attached, accessible from the outside or from the basement of the mainhouse.

Swimming Pool
The 8m x 4m pool is built in concrete and covered with a liner, protected by a hard cover and surrounded by a lovely tiled terrace and a large hedge to ensure privacy and safety.

Grounds
The property is accessed via a nice tree lined driveway that leads to a courtyard on the North side of the houses providing ample parking space. On the South side there is 1.2 hectare of parkland planted with many varieties of Mediterranean trees. In front of second house and the gîtes there are private hedge lined gardens.

General Condition
The property is in very good condition, ready to move in. The main house and one of the gîtes are equipped with a fuel central heating. The roof is in good condition. The septic tank that serves for the whole property is up to modern standards.
