The main house offers 300m² of living space over 2 floors. An attic of around 100m² could be converted into living space.
Ground floor: Entrance with ancient stone staircase to the garden floor, large study 33m² with fireplace, visible stone walls and beams, a studio room with W/C and shower room 30m², with its own entrance. Restored former stables of 80m² with a very high ceiling, which has conserved the original feeding trough. Further there is a cut stone fireplace and custom made wooden doors to the back courtyard, pool area and meadow. This room has a great acoustic and the owner sometimes hosts concerts. From this great room a staircase leads to the large main living area on the garden floor which is partly the mezzanine (open space) of this former stable. Outbuildings

Grounds
The lovely grounds of 3ha include a meadow for horses, an olive grove, an orchard, a vegetable garden, many Mediterranean plants and wild herbs, all bordered by an ancient dry stone wall and a river. Big (80.000 litres) underground water reserve fed by wells and rainwater from rooftops. Hundreds of hectares of garrigue is neighbouring the property and is perfect for its pedestrian excursions, horse rides or bike trips directly starting at the property.

General condition
The house has been thoughtfully renovated over the past 15 years and has kept many charming features. There is under floor heating in the main house and electric heating in the two guest houses, all supplemented by lovely open fireplaces.  The quality wooden joinery has been made to measure in chestnut.
