Six years ago my wife and I embarked on a journey that would change our lives forever. Whilst enjoying another dark, cold and miserable winters day in the Uk we decided we needed to start looking for an alternative home in warmer climes. A friend of ours suggested we consider Murcia and so the journey began. Many hours of research started before we decided to book our flights and have a look for ourselves. Long story short we bought our first holiday home on that very first visit! Initially we used our home as a holiday base for 2 years and then moved here full time 4 years ago. In this time we have sold and bought property a further two times so can confidently say we have experienced the whole selling and buying process. My experience´s has helped me form a business model for Pauls Places in the Sun. As a company we are determined to afford our clients excellent communication throughout the whole process, (Both selling and buying clients), and are always happy to go the extra mile, (Our clients have written lovely testimonails which will attest to this). I am happy to say that I have made many good friends after spending time with clients and my wife and I continue to enjoy many a social occassion with them
