Time for tee?

With the news that golf property tourism is on the rise and that homes with access to the fairway hold their value more than most other types of overseas property, now could be a great time to think about investing in a home on a golf course.

French property agents Leggett, will be promoting their latest development – the Saint Endreol Golf and Spa Resort – at the next A Place in the Sun Live, which takes place between the 28th-30th September 2012 at NEC Birmingham.

Investors are able to buy four main types of properties within the resort, located 45 minutes from Nice airport, including condos, apartments, townhouses and villas. Some of these are part of the French leaseback scheme and VAT free, while the rest are resale.

Buying within the resort also offers investors access to the famous 18 hole golf course, a spa offering massages, body treatments, a gym and saunas, plus a restaurant which takes its inspiration from the surrounding Provence countryside.

And, if buyers want to avoid the hassle of maintenance then there is the option to pay a fee to the resort in order for them to manage the garden and pool areas, making the properties ideal for a lock up and leave. Prices for property in the Endreol Golf and Spa Resort include furniture.

Come and visit Leggett at stand FR9 within The French Village to find out more.

Tickets to the show are available now priced at two for £15 and come with a FREE six month subscription to A Place in the Sun magazine. For more information visit our exhibition pages.
