Actor Ben Stiller has listed his Manhattan duplex property, with impressive river views, for $9,600,000.
The comedian's 4,000 square feet, five-bedroom, five-bathroom property is located on the Upper West Side and has a media room with an attached bar and bathroom, a dressing room that sits off of the master bedroom and service quarters attached to the dining room which include a maid's room and service area.
Stiller, his wife Christine Taylor, and their three kids moved into the apartment four years ago as Stiller grew up in the area and wanted his kids to experience it.
While their next move is unknown, they are obviously keen to sell – they paid $10 million for the property back in 2008, meaning that even without the money they have spent on renovations, they will be selling at a loss.
The Stiller family also own a home in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, which they bought in August 2006 for $1,100,000 and, an oceanfront estate on the northern shore of the Hawaiian island of Kauai purchased in October 2002 for $8,500,000.
