About the development

El Algarrobo Estates is a pioneering project and was conceived to integrate into the natural landscape and beauty of the Costa Tropical of Granada. The preservation of privacy, views and sustainability are at the core of the design and architecture. Each villa has a unique look and merges with the landscaped gardens that enfold the houses. By “burying” part of the villas into the mountain, green roofs are formed that become part of the garden, creating a symbiosis between both. The abundance of water on the site allows for the creation of an urbanisation that resembles a continuous natural park in which each villa is a modern interpretation of the Cármenes of Granada.
Algarrobo Estates is a project with signature architecture where the gardens and communal areas create a unique living space.
