Although the UK is no longer part of the EU, you can still access healthcare in France as a British citizen. The reciprocal healthcare arrangement between the UK and the EU is continuing after Brexit, so your EHIC card (or new GHIC card) will continue to allow you to access the public healthcare systems in France.
