According to Variety, Orlando Bloom is swapping la-la land for the Big Apple. Sources say The Lord of the Rings star has just bought a three-bedroom condo in the TriBeCa district of New York City, following the sale of his Los Angeles property in the celeb-heavy Outpost Estates area of LA for $3.9million in April (2014).
The British actor won't be at a loss for other fancy famous people in his new 'hood however, as country star Taylor Swift also bought a penthouse in the same TriBeCa building for $19.5million in March - from Bloom's Lord of the Rings' director Peter Jackson no less!
Orlando's downtown flat was listed at a more modest $4.875million, but still boasts some amazing features including a 1,200ft² combination living/dining/kitchen space with seven wood-framed windows, exposed brick walls and cast iron columns.
