A Place in the Sun Live opens on Friday

A Place in the Sun Live, the official exhibition of the hit overseas property TV show kicks off on Friday and is the perfect place to find your dream property abroad.

Taking place at London's Olympia Exhibition Centre from this Friday until Sunday, A Place in the Sun Live is Europe's largest overseas property exhibition and is packed full of property agents and developers selling homes from all around the world, including the most popular destinations of Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Florida and many more too.

There are specialist zones for France, Italy, Portugal and Florida - each set around a dedicated theatre offering free-to-attend seminar sessions covering everything from the process of buying a property in those countries to making the most of your currency exchange when making your purchase.

As the most popular destination for Brits to buy abroad, property in Spain is well represented throughout the show, with over 50 agents and developers selling property there and a daily session on the A Place in the Sun Hub at the centre of the show featuring a panel of experts from the Spanish property industry, chaired by A Place in the Sun magazine editor Liz Rowlinson, where you can ask your questions about buying a property in Spain.

If you're looking for a holiday home somewhere a bit different, we've also got exhibitors selling property in Bulgaria, Canada, Cape Verde, the Caribbean, Croatia, Egypt, India, Malaysia, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Thailand and Turkey.

The stars of the TV show will be on hand, with Jonnie Irwin appearing on Friday and Saturday, Jasmine Harman on Saturday and Sunday, Amanda Lamb on Saturday and Laura Hamilton completing the line-up on Sunday. They will be appearing on the A Place in the Sun Hub passing on their top tips and advice on buying property abroad and answering your questions during their magazine signing sessions.

The team from Freeform Productions will also be at the show, searching for house-hunters to take part in the next series of A Place in the Sun: Home or Away? and A Place in the Sun: Summer Sun, so if you'd like to apply to appear on the TV show, then come prepared with information about where you would like to buy, the type of property you are looking for and the budget you have to spend.

Advance tickets are still on sale until Thursday and cost just £15 for two. Click here to book now. Tickets will be available on the door priced £12 each.

We look forward to seeing you there!
