2012 is going to be a 'crucial' year for the southern Spanish property market, according to agents Personal Property Finder.
A spokesperson for the company commented: “The past few months have seen significant change here on the Costa del Sol, with agents, lawyers and banks all agreeing that things are definitely on the up, interest and demand is making a comeback and it would seem that the worst of the property crisis is over for this part of the world.”
“For potential buyers this creates an ideal scenario, with an abundance of great quality and equally great value properties available. Banks are easing lending again, with some developers offering up to 100% funding meaning both buyers and vendors can look forward to a much improved resale market going forward.”
