In 2021, Claire Halliwell and Emily Barrington launched KIWII, an estate agency with a fresh, insightful, and straightforward approach to the property market.
Having both worked in the Property Industry for over 30 years, our long-held ambition to launch our own estate agency business in the Costa del Sol became a reality. After gaining valuable experience in Managing an Estate Agency, property development and investments, the time was right to ignite the market and put our love of property and the area to this exciting new venture.

Our style is refreshingly contemporary and open. Our aim is to always progress in our outlook and maintain a strong connection to the local area by giving back to the area that we love.
