My wife and I set up Hamilton Homes 20 years ago, selling properties on the Costa del Sol.
We focus on the area between Alcaidesa and Estepona, covering areas including Casares,
La Duquesa, Manilva, Sabinillas Torreguadiaro and Sotogrande. We know this area “inside
out” and like to share our experience with our clients. We have ridden the storms of
recession and come out the other end, stronger than ever.
We chose this area, because, as a boy, my parents would bring me here for our family
holidays, and I fell in love with it . It is very well positioned, close to two international Airports
- Gibraltar and Málaga. The coastline is beautiful with unspoilt beaches. The mountains and
white washed villages are equally enchanting. Everything I love about Spain can be found

clients their dream property, but, our aim is to make the process as simple as possible and to
guide them through the end to end process to completion.
We offer a personalised, tailor- made service. We love to meet clients for a coffee or over a
zoom call, where possible, to find out more about what their ultimate dream is. Each client is
