We are a small family run business situated in Costa Blanca, Spain. We pride ourselves on offering our clients impartial, honest and friendly guidance when buying or selling a property here in Spain. I have worked in the estate agency business for the last 15 years, initially in the North East of England (where I am from originally) and for the last years, here in Spain, specifically The Costa Blanca South area.
I have been visiting the area since I was 3 months old as my family have always had a holiday home here in Costa Blanca, so I know the area inside out!
My parents retired over here and then myself and my husband followed them.
Having started a family, this prompted me to begin my own business, giving me the flexibility to look after my young child and also help lots of people find a property- on my own terms!
I pride myself on giving impartial advice to those looking to purchase here in Spain! Because I don’t work FOR a specific agency but work WITH the majority in the area it means I can search many agents’ properties and find the perfect one for you without you having to make lots of different appointments! Quite simply, I will do all of the hard work for you!
I mainly work from home but do have an office where we can meet if needed, or we can meet at one of the areas many cafe’s/restaurants and bars to have a chat about your search.…whatever works best for you!
