Our multilingual staff will remain on hand to assist you with anything you need as a new homeowner in Spain, including registering with the local council, ensuring that services such as water and electricity are in your name, applying for telephone installation or connection and, where applicable, assisting with the enrolment of children into school. We offer a variety of properties between Alicante (Costa Blanca) and Murcia (Costa Calida), for all budgets and lifestyles, whether you want a holiday home or to relocate. If your perfect home doesn´t yet exist, we also have various plots of land available in different locations which one can have their own custom house built to their own specification using their own, or our in house architects and builders.
