To kick-start the property search and new season, Interior Designer and property expert, Ben Hillman is helping Candy and Mark who are looking for a home in the beautiful Spanish countryside of inland Almeria. The couple met two years ago and with retirement on the horizon, Ben has to pull out all the stops to find them their perfect ‘Place in the Sun.’
Sara Damergi also returns to the show and she’s heading to France to help house hunters Jules and Gaynor. Along with their pet alpacas, they are planning a permanent move to rural France to run their own gite business. Sara shows them the best of what their £250,000 budget gets them with five fantastic properties but will any of them be the perfect place for Jules, Gaynor and the alpacas?
