Services

  • In the Property Survey report we fully analyze over 220 points of the house.

  • We work throughout Spain (only Iberian Peninsula).

  • It is not necessary for the client to be present at the inspection, in many occasions we carry out the home inspections with the real estate agent that shows the property or with the owner.

  • We can coordinate the property survey date with the realtor.

  • The architect will take at least 45 minutes to do the home inspection depending on the surface of the property, in apartments up to 90m2, the inspection takes at least 45 minutes, the inspection of villas can take more than 2 hours.

  • We make a detailed report with photography’s and comments to help our clients make the best decision for their future home.
