Vico Pancellorum is the gateaway to the Oasi of the Balzo Nero mountain. The village has very close affinity with the arts and has an exhibition every Summer. There is also a restaurant at the bottom of the village which has an excellent, newly qualified Sommelier.
The house is in the centre of the village with pedestrian access giving the owner the opporunity to burn off some of the calories consumed at the restaurant.

The main entrance is on the lower ground floor although the main living area, as is traditional in older homes, is on the first floor.
