Palleggio is a village that is only just a short distance off the valley floor although it has an amazing views down the valley.
Parking is close by at the bottom of the village, there is a short level walk followed by steps up to the front door.
The house is set on three floors but entered, ideally, from the raised ground floor. One enters straight into the sitting room as this is a farm cottage with beams and original terracotta floors. The sitting room has French doors and a balcony with a gorgeous view down the valley
Under the stairs is a small room that was probably a cheese room as, in theory, it kept the same temperature all year round.
Underneath the house, there are spacious cantinas with access to the courtyard.
The property has a small outhouse and a piee of land next to it.
The property has the reception of the Canyon Park Adventure Park within walking distance. This is a property for restoration but offers a great start to your experience in our gorgeous valley.
