The access is very good, other than the last 300 metres, which is a track. Ideally this track will be steamrollered and flattened so that a family car can be used but presently we would suggest a 4x4.
The views when you arrive at the property and climb the few steps up to the wraparound terrace are breathtaking; all four mountain ranges that surround Salinas are in sight and you feel like you could be in the middle of a wonderful nowhere yet you are a few minutes drive from both Salinas and Sax.
When entering the property, it is very difficult not to be amazed by the space and the use of the space along with the materials that have been upcycled and/or preserved. With both rear and front doors open there is a lovely breeze from the mountains running through the house.
The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner is stupendous; it´s massive and there is a Guest WC in one corner by the stairs.
The stairs take you up to a second lounge, a large second lounge and the three double bedrooms. There is natural light everywhere, it´s a beautiful space.
A large modern family bathroom finishes it all off but there is so much scope to add another bathroom or another bedroom or both. Once again, the views are fabulous.
There is over 13,000m2 of land which is fully fenced and would be ideal for horses and a licence would be a formality as there are no horses on neighbouring land. We have a horse specialist if necessary for anyone requiring advice and/or assistance with licenses and stables.
A courtyard houses a large workshop, another WC and a storage room as well as a huge BBQ.
