The village has a
well-built infrastructure and has a shops, cafe, internet, cable TV
and transport to Bolyarovo.

The property is located at the end of the village on a asphalt street,
accessible all year round.

The house is very stable, but needs renovation. There are no cracks on
the exterior walls. The roof needs partial repair as there is a
problem in the one of the bedrooms. There is electricity and water.
The toilet is outside, there is no bathroom, but there are many rooms
where you can make a bathroom with a toilet. The property also needs
new windows and doors.

The yard to the house has an area of 1000 sq.m., and next door there
is another plot with an area of 900 sq.m. The total area of the two
plots is 1900 sq.m.

In the yard, attached to the house, there is a water shed that can be
converted into a barbecue area, guest rooms or for garden tools.

The village is located in an ecologically clean area. It is located
about 29 km from the regional center – the town of Yambol, 22 km from
the town of Elhovo, about 120 km from the town of Burgas and the sea
and about 130 km from the international airport of Burgas. The village
is small but well developed.

The village of Voden is located in Southeastern Bulgaria, 15 minutes
from the town of Bolyarovo and 1 hour from Burgas Airport. The village
has a community center with a library, a restaurant and several small
local shops. Nice and quiet area, very short drive to big town which
has lots of shops, great amenities and restaurants, food is excellent
and extremely cheap.
