Five Minutes from Everything

Step outside and the sea is barely 150 metres away, with the village's newly relandscaped seafront park, Piano Stenditore, just two minutes on foot and a sandy beach close by. The harbour's fish stalls, a handful of restaurants and a local bakery cover daily life, and parking is easier to come by here than in most Sicilian harbour villages.

A little further along the coast, the old fishing hamlet of Sant'Elia has a pretty cove of its own, while the archaeological park of Solunto and the nature reserve of Monte Catalfano rise above the village. The Baroque town of Bagheria is a short drive inland, the train station is about ten minutes on foot, and from there Palermo is half an hour away and the airport about 45 minutes by car.

A Canvas to Make Your Own

Priced to reflect its size and its potential, Casa Nido is one of the most affordable ways to gain a foothold in the Sicilian property market, without any need to renovate or invest further. We see potential in simplifying the layout by removing one of the two bathrooms, and the downstairs could use some decorative touches. It is, however, ready for immediate use.
