Communal roof solarium
On the top floor accessed by the internal communal staircase there is a large roof solarium giving fantastic panoramic views and ideal for sunbathing.
Parking - The apartment is within a small gated community which has some unallocated parking for owners.
Communal fees – Normally 40 Euros per month to include the usage of water but currently it is 100 Euros per month while the general community is being refurbished.
Location:
The apartment is just a short walk to the local train station which provides frequent journeys to the mining town of La Union which has a large weekly market and also the historical naval port of Cartagena.
The village centre of Los Nietos is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the apartment and provides amenities including an additional train station, good size supermarket, pharmacy, hairdressers and a selection of bars/restaurants.
Airports:
Corvera airport is a 35 minute drive and Alicante airport is just over one hour´s drive.
