Casa Flavia is located on the first floor of a historic three-storey building right on the main promenade of the village.

You enter the flat through a small entrance hall. On the left side there is a spacious kitchen-living room, which is very bright thanks to the large windows that offer a panoramic view of the sea. In the living room there is also a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and sink.

A large French door in the living room gives access to a large panoramic balcony from which you can admire the beauty and colours of the place. While sipping an aperitif on the balcony, you can hear the sound of the sea on the beach.

On the right side of the entrance is the sleeping area. This consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The rooms are all equipped with windows, although it should be noted that the rooms are not too bright as they open onto the courtyard.
The flat is habitable in its current condition.

However, in our opinion, renovation could easily increase the aesthetic and comfort level of the flat.
The flat has windows without double glazing, so replacement is recommended to ensure adequate thermal and sound insulation.
The location of the flat is ideal for those looking for a holiday home by the sea, but it can also be used as a main residence. The proximity to Palermo offers the opportunity to discover the art, culture and history of the city.
