Access to the outbuilding is via the first entrance, which is on the main side of the house. You are welcomed by a very large, very bright living room with open kitchen, which due to its size also offers space for two sofas, which are placed in front of a beautiful brick fireplace.

During the renovation, the current owner decided to keep a tuff wall that makes the whole space very characteristic.

Given the very high roofs, a brick attic space was created, accessible via an internal staircase in the living room. Here, in addition to a bedroom, there is also a bathroom with a hallway.

The pool is in use and offers great comfort despite its proximity to the sea. The exterior of the house could perhaps be retouched a little, but in reality where it is, this "vintage" effect is very appealing.

Inside, the house is in very good condition. The very large windows are made of custom-made wood. The house is also equipped with exterior grilles.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, otherwise the villa is ventilated, cool and very bright due to the special location.

The tiles in some rooms are original majolica, the walls are still clean, except for the children's room, which should be repainted. The bathrooms are also functional and in good condition.

One of the highlights of the house is certainly the terrace, which has not been used by the current owners, but which could become a real highlight of the house with a small financial investment.
