This is the living area that, when inside, you will spend the vast majority of your time only retreating to the equally large lounge/diner in the late evenings and the winter months.
The lounge/diner, whilst large, has a really cozy feel to it and everything throughout the houses can be controlled remotely.
The kitchen is fitted with the highest quality units and white goods as you would expect and, once again, there is lots of natural light. There is also a walk-in pantry, a favourite with the Spanish.
Villa 2 is ultra modern with a lovely lounge/diner that includes an amazing BBQ and log burning oven. From the lounge a push of a button brings down a folding metal staircase that takes you to a large attic space with a lovely shower room and a great area for a gym or a games room or a den. To the exterior is a covered lovely terrace, a wonderful area to relax next to a fountain and great views across the very manageable land of around 3,500m2 with fruit trees and kennels.
The swimming pool, I have rarely seen anything like it apart from on the USA million dollar homes programs. The pool is massive and is completely covered but the cover can be easily folded back to open up the pool in the summer months. It is everything you could possibly want from a pool.
An enormous greenhouse has been half turned into a garage with parking for a number of cars. The property has mains electricity and water and is in walk-in condition, just bring a suitcase and unpack, oh and don´t forget 550,000€.
