Sant'Elia - a fishing village with a 'Côte d'Azur effect' - the Concetta Apartment is located on the edge of the old fishing village of Sant'Elia. Some of the small, colourful fishing boats are still a reminder of this. They are moored on the village beach, frequented mainly by locals. Two large beach bars take care of the physical well-being.

There are few tourists here, because the village beach 'Caletta di Sant'Elia' (just the one advertised) is, but can be reached in less than 3 minutes from the Appartamento Concetta. No wonder it made the list of the FAI - Italian Foundation for the Protection of Monuments and the Environment.

You can swim here until autumn.

You can find everything in the nearby supermarket, and there are also many small shops, pharmacies, bars and some restaurants.

The flat

This is a 105 sqm flat on the ground floor of a three-storey residential building in a very characteristic Mediterranean architectural style. The building is still very new, but the flat has just been renovated and is in perfect condition.
One enters the flat via the well-kept common staircase, into the spacious living area with an open kitchen.
Inside the spacious and bright living room, there is a French door leading onto the balcony with a wonderful view of the hills.
