On approach to the property there is a large parking area to the right, suitable for several cars, before the driveway then leads up to a huge front terrace. To the left of the parking area there are additional storage rooms currently housing dirt bikes as the business has been orientated to motocross team training.
The front terrace is a huge area which enjoys the sun all day long due to its south orientation. A set of stairs lead down from here to the pool and bar area. The pool is larger than average at 12 x 5m and the bar area has power connected. There is also a shaded seating area adjacent to the bar. Back on the front terrace, and to the left of the property, there is another shaded seating area that gives access to the dining room. Finally, to the right, a doorway opens into a private courtyard where stairs lead up to the independent 1 bedroom apartment. The third double bedroom is to our right as we walk down the hallway and is the second biggest bedroom in the property after the master. The bedroom boasts twin beds and the en-suite bathroom features a bath. At the end of the hall, the 4th bedroom is on the right, with the master bedroom on the left. The fourth bedroom houses a double bed with en-suite shower room & shower cubicle. The views from the Juliet balconies in this bedroom and the master look down onto the front of the property and the pool area.
