Amazing Villa in Fortuna 4 Bed 4 Bath 2 Heated Pool & Hot Tub 

It´s very hard to know where to begin with this beautiful Villa so let me try. Location? Just outside of Fortuna and 10 minutes walk to the famous Baños De Fortuna home of the popular natural spas. The nearest restaurant is two minutes walk away. The views at night over the town lit up are lovely and from the roof terrace to the mountains are breath taking.

 

The house itself is fabulous. You enter from one of the terraces through the patio doors into a huge lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is the heartbeat of the house and is fitted with high quality units and there is a feature log fire fitted into the far wall. There is so much workspace that it must be a delight to cook in there. The lounge has a top class almost new pellet fire that would warm a restaurant. 

There are two ways around the house from the lounge, one of which takes you to a perfect sized conservatory which is currently being used as an office and there is a high speed internet link. In winter this room is a sun trap but as practically every room in the house has Air Conditioning the whole house can be sublimely cool in summer.

The other exit from the lounge takes you to a lovely dining room although it would make a great den for children or grandchildren. From the dining room is the master bedroom with big dressing room and beautiful en-suite bathroom, this is a room similar to one you would expect in a luxury hotel. 

Another exit from the dining room takes you into a small hallway from what could be a main entrance as the house can easily be split into two separate accommodations if required. Off the hallway is a laundry room and then a large L-Shaped bedroom. 

Let me take you back to the conservatory and then out again into a sumptuous two bedroomed guest suite with stunning lounge. What a place to house your family or guests, once again it has the trappings of a super hotel. 

The house comes with over 1,000m2 of land nearly all of which is at the front. The gardens have various fruit trees and there is a badminton area and a trampoline and best of all a gardener who tends the land very cheaply so you can relax. The gardener is also happy to do odd jobs and will happily collect any shopping you may need if you want to relax even more. 

There is so much terraced area to the house and it is gated for child and pet safety. The swimming pool, though not full size, is air-heated which means that it can be used all year round and cheaply. The highlight for me has to be the almost new hot tub on the front terrace where I imagine I would be spending a lot of the time, especially at night gazing up at the stars. The roof terrace is reached up a few stairs from the side of the house and would be fantastic as a dining, BBQ, entertaining area.
