A Shade of Blues, named after the owners love of all things jazz, has been run successfully as a flexible vacation rental property, with owners residence, since its construction in 2010. 


The house has been let as a villa for up to 8 guests in 4 en suite bedrooms plus 2 additional washrooms.


The top level of the property houses the 2 bedroom self contained apartment with the master bedroom, full kitchen, lounge room, air conditioned gym on the main floor, below is a further en suite double bedroom along with pool-side kitchenette and washroom


All options have their own private access and balconies and can be let separately from the main house or as one. The house design has given the owners the opportunity to enjoy the island with family whilst letting sections of the house and generating revenue.







Living Areas
There is a casual living/entertainment/tv room that opens off the main balcony area. A Shade of Blues also has a large office space in the hallway, along with a guest w.c. This is an open air environment with a beautiful view of the sea. All living areas are cooled by ceiling fans.Safe & Secure

Considerable rock excavations were carried out to create a solid and secure base for this high quality build. A security system is in place within the villa offering additional peace of mind for the new owners if desired.
