Villa Seacliff is located in the lush hillsides of Spring Estate - a
mile out of Port Elizabeth by road and 450+/- feet above Spring Bay.The
stunning location of Seacliff offers fantastic, panoramic views over
Spring Estate, Spring Bay, Crown Point and the offshore islands of
Battowia and Balliceaux.  The Spring neighborhood belongs to the

Kitchen
The kitchen was designed to provide easy access to all of the
appliances and an abundance of storage. The cabinetry is custom made
from Trinidadian teak. A large island with overhanging counter was also
incorporated into the plan which provides an additional dining option
and houses the dishwasher, storage cabinets and drawers. The kitchen is
fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of cooking utensils,
perfect for those who enjoy cooking.
3 Bedroom Suites
The three beautifully appointed Bedroom Suites are
located in separate wings on each side of the central lounge &
kitchen area. This ensures great privacy for all guests. All Suites are
equipped with handcrafted canopy beds, Air-conditioning, Ceiling fans
& Mosquito nets.There is a stunning Master Suite which combines
the main bedroom with a king-size bed, a dressing room and a bathroom
including a large outdoor shower. The dressing room provides plenty of
clothes closets and shelving and an additional teak chest of drawers.|Large, multi-pane, glass doors with operable louvers made of Trinidadian teak lead to the main building and the pool.The
second Bedroom Suite offers an ensuite bathroom, a Queen-size bed and a
beautiful garden view. The third Bedroom Suite is fitted with two twin
beds as well as an ensuite bathroom and its own small terrace.
Constructed without Compromise
The Villa is constructed without compromise and precisely detailed,
fully equipped and exquisitely fully furnished. Seacliff's open living
enables guests to enjoy the gardens which are carefully planted with
wonderful mix of tropical flowers and shrubs and fragrant Jasmine
hedges... one of the loveliest gardens on the island.
The
driveways, retaining walls, and walkways have been constructed from
local natural stone. The roof structural lumber is treated Southern
Yellow Pine and the roof deck will be clear 1 x 6 tongue and groove
Guyanese cedar, both stained and urethaned to match the teak joinery.
Laundry Room
Seacliff has its own, separate laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Large Water Tanks
The property is fitted with two huge water tanks beneath
the pool terrace, as well as a grey water tank for gardening. While many
house owners struggle with water supply during the dry season, Seacliff
will never run out of water.
Rental Income
