This property sits on the edge of a small hamlet in the Taberno area.

Arriving at the property you will find parking for 3 cars and a sweeping driveway around to the side of the house. From here an archway leads to the huge courtyard with large steps up to a roof terrace area. There is also a storeroom here. Entering the house from here brings you into the most modern room in the property; a secondary living/dining room with full length patio windows to take advantage of the incredible far-reaching views. Taberno is a few minutes away where there are many shops, bars and daily amenities. The nearby town of Huercal Overa (approx. 12 minute drive) offers a state of the art hospital, many large shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and is one of the larger towns in this area of Almeria. The property is approximately 40 minutes from the soft sandy beaches of San Juan & Aguilas.
