Domkrit Real Estate

DOMKRIT is a real estate agency based in Crete, specialising in property sales and rentals across the Chania region, with a particular focus on Apokoronas. With over ten years of local experience, we know the villages, the property market and the practical details that matter when buying or selling a home here.

We work with a wide range of properties, from traditional village houses and renovation projects to modern villas, apartments, plots of land and new developments. Whether you are looking for a permanent home, a holiday property or an investment, we take the time to understand what you need and help you explore suitable options.

For property owners, we provide honest advice on pricing, prepare clear and appealing listings, arrange viewings and keep you informed as interest develops. For buyers, we answer questions openly, organise visits and help you understand the steps involved in purchasing property in Greece.

Our support continues beyond finding a buyer or choosing a property. We coordinate with lawyers, notaries, engineers and other professionals to help keep each transaction moving. We can also assist with practical matters connected to a property, drawing on our local knowledge and network of contacts.

At DOMKRIT, we believe real estate is a personal service. We value straightforward communication, attention to detail and lasting relationships with our clients. Whether you already know exactly what you are looking for or are just beginning to explore Crete, we would be pleased to help you take the next step with confidence, at a pace that feels right for you.
