Corvera Hills Residences

Corvera Hills is a business group bringing together a range of complementary ventures, sports and leisure within a unique destination: the Resort of Corvera Hills (Murcia), in south-east Spain. Surrounded by a privileged Mediterranean landscape, this resort, the closest to Murcia International Airport, is less than 20 minutes from the city of Murcia and approximately 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Cálida.

The group comprises Corvera Hills Golf, responsible for the development and operation of the golf course; Alraso Dining, its gastronomic offering; and Corvera Hills Residences, the property development arm responsible for delivering the resort’s residential projects.

The vision for Corvera Hills extends well beyond residential development. Over time, the destination is set to incorporate additional services and amenities, including a retail area close to the resort and a future hospitality project, further enhancing the overall experience for both residents and visitors.

As part of this long-term vision, Corvera Hills Residences plans to develop approximately 500 homes over the next ten years, creating a residential community that feels naturally connected to its surroundings and to a Mediterranean lifestyle shaped by nature, sport, gastronomy and wellbeing.
