Spiti Moe is a boutique real estate agency helping international buyers purchase property in the Chania region of Crete with clarity, structure, and zero sales pressure. Founded by Belgian couple Nikki Daniels and Chris de Vlaminck, the agency was built from personal experience after relocating, investing, and building a life in Crete ourselves.

We understand the challenges foreign buyers face because we have gone through the same process firsthand — from legal procedures and negotiations to construction quality and final contracts. That experience shapes the way we guide our clients today: practical, transparent, and focused on protecting your investment.

Nikki manages the complete client journey, including property searches, viewings, negotiations, and honest market advice. Chris adds technical expertise for clients interested in construction, renovation projects, or build quality, offering an extra layer of insight many agencies simply cannot provide.

What makes our approach different is the combination of local market expertise and an international perspective. We understand both the Greek real estate system and the mindset of foreign buyers, allowing us to explain complex matters clearly and guide clients with realistic, practical advice.

As an independent agency, we are not limited to a fixed portfolio. We search across the wider market and work with trusted local partners to uncover opportunities, including off-market properties.

For clients unable to travel immediately, we also offer remote TeleProperty tours.

Spiti Moe is fully licensed in Greece, registered with the Chania Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Chania Real Estate Agents Association.
