Our office is located at Unit 6, Volney Building on the Castries Gros Islet Highway in Reduit, one of the island’s most active commercial areas. From this location, we assist both local and international clients with buying, selling, and investing in property throughout Saint Lucia.

Managing Broker Lenin Volney is an Attorney at Law licensed to practice in Saint Lucia, Australia, and the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. His background includes economics, accounting, education, construction, project management, and law, allowing him to guide clients through real estate transactions with both legal and commercial insight. Having lived and worked in Saint Lucia, Canada, and Australia, he understands the perspective of overseas buyers and expatriates seeking property in the Caribbean.
