STAY PROPERTY is both a real estate developer and agency. As well as constructing our ‘own-build’ projects, we also partner with other select developers in the region – this enables us to offer the most comprehensive selection of property currently available anywhere in Alanya and beyond. We offer a full range of investment and advisory services to both the private and corporate investor, enabling each to succeed in securing those property investments that best meet their objectives. Even though we were founded only as recently as 2017, there are now 7 ‘Stay’ projects in Alanya, 4 of which have been delivered and 3 of which are currently under construction. All personnel have been selected based on their knowledge of the market, with many considered specialists in their particular field. We credit our rapid growth to the fact that our business model is very different to our competitors – this allows us to sell the units in our ‘own-build’ projects at prices that are well below the market average.

And what’s more, all of our projects have a range of on-site amenities normally associated with considerably more expensive projects – as a minimum, swimming pool, fitness centre and sauna and in many cases, an indoor pool, Turkish bath (hamam), cafe-bar and sometimes even a cinema!
