Rental Program Agreement

Each villa is privately owned. An owner retains 8 or 9 weeks a year for their own use, and for the remainder of the year allow their property to be marketed as part of the Cap Maison Resort & Spa. Owners pay no management charges.

First, the management company handles all operational costs. Specifically, these expenses include staffing, maintenance, and facility upgrades. The company also pays for cleaning, security, and gardening. Finally, this budget covers the replacement of linens and soft furnishings.

These costs are taken from the hotel's rental pool income, with the balance being split 50:50 between owners and the management company.
