About Us

ANDALUSEA is an estate agency which offers a top, all-round property service to both buyers and sellers.

In the three years the company has been operating it has gained the complete confidence of clients, in great part thanks to the team’s professionalism and friendly approach, but also because this dynamic enterprise follows the concept of a complete ‘New Age Housing’ service, assisting before, during and after a property purchase.

They assist clients every step of the way, whether organising translation services, complete renovations, safe-keeping of keys or property maintenance.

Property vendors have the confidence of knowing that Andalusea does everything possible to make sure the properties on their books are in the best possible market position. As part of this they carry out extensive photographic reports of each property with full descriptions, detailing the characteristics of each property.

The company is co-managed by Zoraida Escobosa, a graduate in business administration and management, and her partner Manuel Crespo, a business graduate. Their extensive professional careers, including living and working in Germany for more than five years in different sectors, mean they can offer clients an optimum service.

Completing the team is Lauren Bueno, from Paris. Between them they speak four languages - English, French, German and Spanish – and hence can assist all nationalities in this area.

Unsurprisingly Andalusea has many foreign clients who have trusted in them throughout the process of their property acquisition.

The delightfully welcoming, rustic-style Andalusea office centrally located in Mojacar Playa’s Parque Comercial is yet another attraction of this estate agency, which goes out of its way to offer clients a truly personal service.
