Our team has a wealth of knowledge of Sicily, gathered over 40 years of visiting and living on the island. Our directors are of Sicilian descent and are passionate in sharing the splendour of this beautiful island.

As an independent property consultant, we work with a broad range of real estate agents across Sicily. Our service will remove the onerous task of the buyer having to maintain a relationship with multiple agents.

We remain independent and have no bias or incentive towards using any one local real estate agent over another. Our role is solely to work for you and offer a selection of properties that match your requirements and then let you choose.

Our professional services include property search, accompanied visits, negotiation and language support. They are provided to the buyer without incurring additional property buying costs .*
