About Us

Absolute Andalucia & Overseas specialise in the sale of properties across Europe, with an experienced agent based in the beautiful region of Andalucia in Spain covering the inland area. Absolute Andalucia is run by Simon Green from his base in Iznajar where he has lived for many years, following decades of experience as an estate agent in the UK. We are able to offer a range of marketing options to sellers including an extremely cost effective marketing only service where we’ll visit you and prepare all the property details for you. Absolute Overseas is run by Simon Fisher from the gorgeous English Riviera and we can either work as your only agent or with your existing agent abroad. If we are your only agent we won’t charge your buyers a penny, other than any local charges they may have to pay. We can usually work off your own photographs and plans. We operate an out of hours telephone service to cater for enquiries from overseas buyers and ex-pats in different time zones.
