Limousin Property Agents is owned and run by Allan and Tanya Bright; we moved to France 10 years ago to set up and run our Anglo-French property agency, where we specialise in providing a high quality service for people who wish to purchase property in the Southern Limousin and Northern Dordogne. Our mission at Limousin Property Agents is to give you assistance from the start of your search through to final completion with expert help and guidance at every stage. We are fluent French speakers so we will attend meetings with your Notaire, help arrange French mortgages, foreign exchange, insurance, opening a French bank account and even assist with any post purchase work including changing the utility bills into your name; all at no extra cost to you.
