Caroline and Lorraine Munro have always dreamt of setting up their own retreat with a 'life-coaching centre'. Now that Caroline's children have gone to university they feel it's time to take on this new challenge.
Caroline would like to relocate to the Costa Tropical in the province of Granada to enjoy a slower pace of life and have a complete change of lifestyle but Lorraine thinks they don't need to go so far to achieve their dream, and in the UK they would be near the children.
The property must be remote, with views and plenty of land. It is also essential that they can drive to a village within 30 minutes. Although they don't mind doing complete renovation work, it still sounds like they want a lot for their money.
Overseas property experts Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin take them to the Costa Tropical in Spain and Lorraine's native South Wales to try to find them the perfect property to go it alone. Will they stay in Lorraine's native Wales or fulfill Caroline's Spanish dream?
