Full Description
Set in a gated community on the edge of Konia, a quiet hillside village just above Paphos, these villas combine village calm with easy access to the highway, the town centre, schools and shops. The airport is around fifteen minutes away, and the coast lies just below the village.
Each villa is designed for indoor and outdoor living on two levels. On the ground floor, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area flows onto a covered veranda and a private swimming pool, alongside a study, a bathroom, a laundry and covered parking for two cars. Upstairs are three bedrooms, including a principal suite with a walk-in closet and its own covered balcony, and a roof garden extends the outdoor space further.
Ceilings rise to three metres, sliding panoramic doors open the rooms to the garden, and the bedrooms have engineered wood floors and built-in wardrobes. Electric underfloor heating, LG air conditioning, a basic smart home system, external thermal insulation and a photovoltaic installation are included, and residents also have access to the communal pool and children's playground.
