Full Description
In the heart of the Pays de Retz, in the south of Loire-Atlantique, this elegant 19th-century property is set in a magnificent wooded park, sheltered from view. The estate offers a peaceful and preserved setting, where the charm of ancient architecture blends with the beauty of nature.
Access is via a superb oak-lined driveway that leads gradually to the residence.
The park houses many remarkable trees, including sequoias, magnolias, tulip trees from Virginia, and century-old cedars. The whole offers beautiful perspectives and a particularly serene atmosphere.
Built in the 19th century, the property offers about 1,300 m² of living space, divided between the château and several outbuildings. The whole has been arranged to accommodate both private stays and professional events.
The estate can host up to 58 people and is perfectly suited for organizing weddings, receptions, seminars, or family gatherings.
A large reception hall of 200 m², largely open to the park, forms the heart of the reception areas. It has a fully equipped professional kitchen and opens onto a large 400 m² terrace. This space is ideal for organizing cocktails, lunches, or dinners outdoors in a particularly pleasant setting.
A second room of 65 m², located near the lodge and equipped with a complete kitchen, allows for more intimate meals or small group meetings.
The estate also features a marquee with a wooden floor as well as various leisure spaces, offering many possibilities to organize events throughout the year.
This property is thus a true venue for receptions and stays, combining the charm of a historic residence with facilities adapted to group hosting.
Between heritage, nature, and the art of hospitality, this estate offers a rare setting to live, host, and organize events in an elegant and preserved environment.
35 km from Nantes, Saint Nazaire, and Pornic, 3 hours from Paris (by TGV), and 2 km from the Loire and its beautiful wild spaces.
