The home price includes the selected finished house and main deck, architectural planning, foundations, roof, finishes, necessary site and access work, and water, electricity and wastewater connections. The finished kitchen and bathroom are included.

As the first home in this development, the property is offered without Bellevue’s usual 10% new-build premium on the house component. This represents approximately US$22,000 in savings compared with applying that premium. The saving is already reflected in the asking price.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Buyers can discuss a private pool, landscaping, additional decking and other outdoor features. These are optional additions, agreed and priced separately.

An optional furniture and appliance turnkey package has an estimated budget of US$40,000, with the final specification and price agreed before ordering. This package is separate from the land-and-home asking price and does not include a pool or landscaping.
