Full Description
A regulated plot of 577 m² with a direct view of the Black Sea, on the clifftop coast at Topola — immediately beside the BlackSeaRama golf resort, sharing its beautiful entrance drive, with electricity and water being connected now.
- The Sea View
This is the plot's defining feature. You look straight out over the Black Sea from ground level, with the clifftop edge about 300 metres away.
That matters more than it sounds. Plenty of plots sold as “sea view” only deliver one from a second storey, which commits you to building upwards before you see any of it. Here the view is there from the ground, so a single-storey house, a terrace or a pool all look straight out to sea — and an upper floor only makes it better.
- The Setting — Beside BlackSeaRama
The plot sits directly alongside BlackSeaRama, the Gary Player–designed golf resort that ranks among the finest courses in Bulgaria, and shares the same entrance drive — a genuinely beautiful approach lined with the resort's own landscaping. You arrive the way the resort's own residents and guests arrive.
This stretch of the Dobrich coast is Bulgaria's golf country: BlackSeaRama sits within a short drive of two further championship courses on the Cape Kaliakra headland. It is one of the most sought-after addresses on the whole northern coast.
- The Plot
577 m² of regulated urbanised land (UPI) inside the village regulation plan, flat and level with no slope to work around, in a clean four-sided shape. The ground is stony under a covering of grass and self-seeded shrub — easy enough to clear.
Open country on one side, the sea straight ahead, and the golf resort's manicured grounds immediately alongside. The rocky, vertical coastline is about 300 metres away, and the nearest beach is 5 km by road, the route running through the golf course itself.
- Utilities and What You Should Know
Electricity and water are being connected to the plot now. The supply already runs along the boundary — the developed properties immediately alongside are fed from the same lines — so this is a short, routine connection rather than a major undertaking, and you are not paying to bring services across open country.
