3 Bed House for sale
Tourtour, Var, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France
Full Description
Tourtour. 'The village in the sky.' One of the most beautiful villages in France, perched between Provence and the heavens — far from the noise, far from the crowds, yet within reach of everything.
This 400-year-old residence is no ordinary home. It was selected by Brad Pitt for a film shoot for its singular aesthetic: walls that tell stories, light that inspires, a soul that cannot be built.
Who is this for? An art lover. A writer. A collector. Someone who recognises a rare find when they see one.
The spaces:
Grand living room 65 m2: ancient stone, high-end renovation, exceptional ceiling height — perfect for entertaining or displaying artwork
Artist's studio: vast upper-floor atelier beneath an impressive timber frame — royal suite, prestige office or private gallery, the choice is yours
Master suite with period flooring, an absolute haven of peace
50 m2 of dry cellars — a rare luxury in a village setting
Zero maintenance: lock the door, travel the world without a second thought
Available furnished (optional): move straight into this cinematic setting
What this home is not: A lawn to mow. A pool to maintain. A burden.
It is the ultimate alternative to a luxury apartment — with the soul, the volume and the history of a truly exceptional residence.
More than a property. A collector's piece.
