Full Description
For sale is a building land on the beautiful island of Žirje, one of the most beautiful islands in the Šibenik archipelago.
The land, measuring 929 m2, is of a regular rectangular shape, with approximate dimensions of 25 x 39 m, and has access road leading to the property. It is located on a gentle hill offering a magnificent view of the bay and the sea.
Situated within the construction zone in an undeveloped section of the settlement's construction area.
The location of the land combines the best of what the island has to offer - peace and privacy surrounded by natural beauty, yet close to the boat dock, small local shops, and restaurants. Like most lands on the Adriatic islands, this land is ideal for those seeking to create their peaceful oasis, a perfect summer home away from the city hustle, and a place they will always happily return to.
The land also offers great tourism potential if the new owners wish to invest in building a property for tourism purposes. There are additional plots of land for sale nearby, which can be combined, giving this land additional investment potential if desired by the new owners.
Agency commission is 3% + VAT on the achieved purchase price.
