On one of the most attractive tourist locations in Croatia, in the beautiful natural surroundings of Jezerce, Municipality of Plitvicka Jezera, a project for the construction of an integrated hotel is being presented to investors looking to develop high-quality tourist accommodation capacity near one of the most visited national parks in Europe.

The project includes building three identical tourist facilities, designed as a unique integral hotel complex. The concept allows for professional management of accommodation, the development of its own tourist brand, and the provision of high-quality service to domestic and foreign guests.

Each facility is designed with a total of 8 accommodation units - rooms with private bathrooms, giving the entire complex a total of:
